7 suites, 7 styles: modern and rustic designs blend in southern Tuscany

The Maremma is the unexplored part of Tuscany. It alternates the typical vineyards and olive groves on its rolling hills with the exotic beaches and tropical vegetation along its coast. The contrast presents itself not only along the natural landscape, but also on the man-built one.

We have already seen some examples of this in our past blog posts, such as futurist art and buildings, the esoteric tarot garden, the modern winery of Le Mortelle.

We have also seen that Departures, the exclusive luxury and lifestyle magazine by American Express, included Maremma’s contemporary-style Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort in its “Design-forward golf retreats” list. This resort embodies perfectly the harmonious mix of rustic and modern, of design and eco-friendliness. Let’s peek at its suites!

The Argentario Resort features seven luxurious design suites, each with a unique style that varies from modern-contemporary style, to classic, to a more eclectic spirit mixing Oriental traditions and vintage furnishings.
