Maremma recipe: cinghiale brasato (braised wild boar)

This week we have a delicious video recipe starring restaurateur and wine critic Victor Rallo in an episode of his TV show Eat! Drink! Italy!

He joins Chef Amneris Venturini to make Cinghiale Brasato (Braised Wild Boar). As he puts it, “this delicious and traditional dish from the Maremma prove that simplicity and fresh ingredients never fail!”
